Now that my baby is 7 months I can tell you it's very hard to keep up with the allotment ... in fact it's hard to do just about anything else other than take care of the baby (no, I didn't believe this either but it really is true, although partly dependent on whether you breastfeed or not ...) my allotment is a wasteland at the moment. So the garden plan sounds like a great idea. Will be reading avidly to see how you get on! Congratulations!
